Whats Your Weather Like April 2023

It's bright, but an early frost last night has melted off leaving everything soaking wet, I don't think it's been raining but might have had a shower before it got light.

I'd send you a rain-gauge if it wouldn't depress you too much..

 

I'm a rain gauge half full rather than rain gauge half empty type of person.

 

A dry morning but the rain started an hour agu.

Wet, wet, wet!! . Just got back in from visiting my brother and it was like the bus was crossing the Channel with all the flooding we encountered on route!!

The only plus side is that it's very mild out.

 

Just noted to make matters worse the strong winds are back with us this evening too.

 

Sunny, breezy, 16c.

 

2hrs later and no let up still raining stair rods.

No doubt there will be more broken plants to sort out tomorrow....still haven't had the opportunity to attend to the ones damaged in the bout of strong winds from last week yet.

The pluses are growing though , miraculously dry days are now appearing in our forecast!!

Yesterday was dry sunny day here though the wind was rather cold.

Today we have had light rain showers on & off most of the day. Though I had to walk downtown it wasn't too bad as there wasn't much wind & the rain was very light but it was on & off all the time.

This evening it seems to have stopped at last but I think we are forecast more tomorrow.

 

Its blowing a gale here and has been for the last few hours.
Rain is light but not much fun out there.

 

The snow is still slowly thawing helped by drizzle this afternoon. Grey and foggy too. 3C/37F
