Just looked at the weather forecast. These words are from the same article:

Media - Snow set to return and hit UK in dramatic weather shift as Met Office share exact dates

Met Office - there's a chance of flurries by the end of the month and into March.

You just got to love the UK media - they do have a flair for the dramatic.

      Personally and directly? Nothing.
I find her vitriolic rhetoric regards England and the breaking up of the Union to the exclusion of all else while ignoring governance of Scotland, to be self serving, devisive and damaging.

Restarting my PC after a Windows update, it then asked me 3 times did I want to download Windows11.
My PC runs Windows 10, I quite happy with it.

Personally I think Scotland should have independence if they want it.
But then we get into old territory like we did with Brexit, How many referendums to you have until the get the answer you want.

I dont agree with Westminster poking its nose in on transgender bill, I think that would have been sorted by the old saying, "give them enough rope and they will hang themselves".

The thing about the Transgender Bill is it was voted through by Labour, the Liberals, the Greens AND the SNP. It isn't as if the SNP forced it through.
And as for Governance, Scotland and the SNP seem to be doing as well as the Tories and the rest of the UK.
I am pro-Independence and will continue to be pro-Independence. I feel Scotland has lost great, straight-talking leader today.

                  I'm pro independence as well.

I was referring to the Scottish parliament, not just SNP, although the biggest part of it is, I believe, the SNP.

There was a time when I thought the same about Scottish Independence but not any more. I'm glad Ms Sturgeon has resigned. Her one track mind regarding Independence in recent years had dominated her thinking, having a detrimental effect on other Scottish issues she should have been concentrating on.

Kate Forbes is an upcoming politician I'd like to see stand for Scotland's now empty 'hot seat'. But she may not be in a position to do so on a personal front at this time.

Kate would be good but her new family member may put a stop to that. As long as it is not Swinney. That man is so boring.

It was called Chicken Little in the 1943 Disney film but, apparently, originates from Europe as 'Henny Penny'.
