I'm glad I decided last week not to sow my tomato seeds until March 21st! It seems that next week is going to be a very cold week & if I'd sown them earlier they would have suffered a great deal with the cold weather outside on the balcony or the poor light levels but higher temps inside the flat!

      Mild February??
Not sure where they got that from.
I'm looking at temperature forecast for next week and they only seem slightly lower than this week, I think they have been forecasting at least 2c higher than its actually been.

I was up early this morning, so moved some of the tomato plants from the propagator house ready for purchasing.
Our varieties this year, Money Maker, Alicante, Red & Yellow tumblers, Sweet Million, Alisa Craig, Red Alert, Plum Roma, Black Cherry, Honey Combe & Super Marmande. Shirley always seems to be the best seller.

I bought some Honeycomb seeds and they are taking ages to germinate, I've got one tiny seedling up till now, they are T&M so I should have guessed.
I think I only had about 10 seeds in the packet.
