            Thanks Sheal, it looks like Mother Nature could not quite make up her mind as to what colour to make this creature so she used a little bit of everything.

                  Plumage of both birds is almost identical Strongy. Difficult to tell them apart from a distance.

                  @Sheal Razorbills are darker than Guillemots but yes hard to id from a distance.

                  The two Little Owls were out at the quarry at Portland Bill but not sitting together.

                              This little lady looks like she is fresh from the beauty salon. It is a female hooded merganser, and we don't see too many of these as they are really shy creatures.
