Whats Your Weather Like April 2023

he rain stopped around noon and its sunny periods now.
I dont know about colder, it actually feels warmer in the sun than it has recently.

That rotten gusty east wind has give up for the time being and it makes a lot of difference to the feel, even if the thermometer is only registering 14c

 

Well it did arrive - at about 5:30 just as my son was coming in his car to pick me to do a Lidl () shopping. In the 10 min drive it started to come down & by the time we parked the car & were getting our trolleys it had started to pour down!

An hour later it was easing off & when we got to my place it had practically stopped altogether! So we got a little wet but nothing to write home about!

This morning when we got up it was raining & continued during the morning till around 11am. The wind was rather chilly & didn't invite staying outside for more than a few minutes!

Looks like we are forecast a rather unsettled next few days.

Oh it's raining yet again

 

Despite what our forecast says we actually have blue skies and brilliant sunshine and still 9C. Overnight temps has dropped another degree now.

 

3c forecast for tonight and Monday night too,

We are having light rain at the moment.

 

The weather has been lovely here this week. Today I was in Ullapool, a blue sky and sunshine although hazy over the mountains. Breezy but not cold at 19C/66F.
