One of my 4 plants has 2 new branches growing on it. It's the one plant that I didn't cut the flowering scape back down compost level when it finished flowering last year. The old scape has 2 new shoots near the top of the scape. I took it out of the small kitchen window where it lives when not in flower, & tried to move the bigger of the 2 new scapes into a more upright position but couldn't do it for fear of breaking it. The scapes are so stiff that they break ever so easily if you try to adjust them. I broke the scape on one a few years ago because I pushed it too far!

I grew it from seed from a plant which had variegated foliage.

Just today I had to deadhead this lovely Amaryllis. It's one of the ones I grew from my own saved seeds.

Just this evening I discovered 3 different Pelargoniums flowering in the kitchen window! I knew one, the red one, was in flower but I had no idea that the other two were also! If you think that strange (or that I need new glasses!) you need to understand that there is a shelf under the kitchen window that is chock-a-block full of plants that impede my vision of the windowsill.

This picture might give you a better idea, though it needs updating as the plants have got bigger since I took this in March (& there are more of them)!

I also took some close up macros of the flowers but I'll leave them for another day!.
