      Good to see a driverless bus can travel in a straight line with no traffic.:roflol:
      What would it do in a city centre?

        But unfortunately there are people who purchase mainly because of the image and don't read the detail of the actual size of plant they will receive before buying online, the feedback left by buyers clarifies it. The same happens with us, we can have young shrubs in 9cm pots and no taller than 12" and customers would just walk right past them to the more established shrubs that can be in 3L plus size pots.

        I took a picture this afternoon of the range of plants a customer bought from me today, they were more than happy.

          I wonder if they will be alive in 12 months time.
          Loads of money, many people garden with their wallet these days.;)

            I would be very surprised if there not alive, they have a garden that is open to the public.

            We used to deliver compost and grit to a customer in Great Langdale, his garden was two acre in size and open to the public, mainly filled with rockery plants.
            Every year we had to deliver 15ton of compost and grit, it was donkey work because of the poor access. We would send the wagon with our van following so we could tranship everything up his narrow drive. He would then come out and visit us with one of a number of gardeners he employed to purchase plants. He was not short of a bob or two, but for a lovely guy we had to ask for for a drink when we were off loading all that compost, never received a tip either, explains why he was well off.

              They dont sound like your average garden centre visitor, not that many open their garden to the public round here, most even forget to water after June.

                Not really a moan, more a revelation.
                Apparently that yearly ridiculous event known as the Eurovision "SONG" contest is not political.
                Strange as it has been ever since the Eastern European countries got involved. :roflol:

                    Finland is heads on into Käärijä madness, magazines are full of knitting patterns for Käärijä boleros and any imaginable dish that can be presented as a series of neon green blobs has been invented. Yes, even a BBQ skewer of brussel sprouts :biggrin:

                    The arenas and stadiums are competing on who will host the party next year and youngsters are getting pudding bowl hair cuts.

                    :biggrin::biggrin::biggrin::panic: :biggrin::biggrin::biggrin:

                      Australia has been participating since 15/16 (not sure why) but any country can vote this year for some reason.

                          I think its reached the point that if you throw a bit of money in you can have ago.
