    Confused Cat in Box.jpeg
I'll get my exercise getting out of this box today.

    Morning all.

I get frustrated at times! J didn't take anything with him so Doc doesn't know what he is looking at! I said to J ... "you have discharged notes from IPO and Radiology notes which clearly states what you had done. I know you do as I have a translated copy on my computer". Oh, he says, maybe I do, I will have a look! His filing "system" is non existent. Of course, he has not looked yet.

This morning he has GP for bloods and chat as his D2 is constantly spiking. I'm sue it can't be all the carbs he eats/drinks!

Visitations at 11pm and going on 5am. I am wondering if it is May Cats. They only come in the dark. I am very tired this morning.

Have a good day out there ... we may have a shower later.

      Good day
We are very chilly - as a matter of fact, it is a record low for my area. It is 35f 2c but I see no frost and the sun is bright. The greenhouses retained enough heat to stay up at the 38f 3c mark so hopefully the seedlings left in there will be safe. My fingers are crossed that all of the annuals out in the gardens "weather" through. Most of them have been out since last week so hopefully between acclimatizing and the ground having heated up, all will be well.

I've just had sad news that my cousin Michael in Edmonton passed away. He had throat cancer and had suffered through many radiation treatments before his final peace.

My to do list is well populated. I have almost finished the cowl neck pullover which I had started a month ago and set aside when the weather permitted outdoor gardening. I'm going to finish that and a spring weight jacket that I had also started. One granddaughter is coming back to stay over Thursday night, Friday being a local holiday for her school board, and we'll work on some projects together. I've also got a friend coming Friday for lunch so things will be getting quite busy!

      Cheers:coffee:

GP doubled J's Metaforfin. They did not discuss diet! J has had an ache/pain in his right arm so he is set for an ultraound of his arm and neck (where he had his op) on 1st June.

Morning all. almost 11AM here. Wednesday. too much still to do before our leave on Saturday morning again. Funny you should say you wear a "purse" on your bum, @Upsydaisy . ---sometime a thing will come across facebook which says How you can tell someone is from America and on the list is a purse on the bum.
@CanadianLori , sorry to hear of your loss. My brother-in-law had that also, his treatment was successful at this point in time, now, its been about 5 years I believe. Have not heard otherwise, he is my husbands brother, lives in California.
Back to potting more flowers, hoping it rains while I am gone some. Leaving out jugs of water for my neighbor to come by and water things. We turn off the well when gone, never know. And then some time in one of the beds.
Chilly still even now, only 60 degrees.
            Have a good day all.

A bum bag can be on your bum depending how you wear it. I wear mine on my hip, but as I said some wear it to the front or back. :)

                Good morning everyone.

Lori I'm so sorry to hear about your cousin Michael, I send you and your family my condolences.

Oh dear naughty J......it would've made a significant difference to his consultation if he had thought to take all the relevant paperwork with him. Men !

redstar it's good that your neighbours will stop by to do some watering while your away.:blue thumb:

Well the big planting out is under way here, currently I'm working on the back clay border which is proving a tough job. It runs the whole length of our garden and needs to have the clay broken down in places to allow it to become a more workable and viable growing area.
So today I hope to continue on this area.

It's certainly provides a good workout that's for sure!!

Hope you all have a brilliant day.

                :spinning:

A peaceful night was had by all ... :yahoo:

I forgot to say it was my babies' joint birthday yesterday. Munch was actually born on the 17th and she turned 14. Van came to us the weekend sis died on the 14th May 2014 and I figured he was maybe two so he turned 11. The Vet said he was five ... no way ... This was him after I had been feeding himtwice a day for two months ...

                  Van 13 Jul 14.jpg

A quiet at home day today for both.

@redstar Who will feed the cat ... or does she have a 10-day feeding system by her house on the porch?

                    Morning Vicky.
Happy belated birthday to the Furballs.

It's our middle middle baby's birthday today, just going to make a quick video call to him before he starts work.

We have a friend that has one of those feeding systems..well use to. Not sure why she stopped using it but now has neighbours that will do the feeding.

Enjoy your quiet day :smile: :SUNsmile:xx

                        Good day
It got pretty cold last night and is now only up to 33f 1c. And the frost is still coating cars, roofs, everything. The guessers say that day by day we'll crawl back up to our seasonal "normals". It is sunny which is a bit of consolation.

I put on my Hilda at 6 this morning because I have to get to the shops early today and have a large list of things to do as well. I cut about 4 inches off it last night to get rid of some split ends and try a new length so my hair should dry by 10:30 :)

I'm glad your bloodwork came back without any flags @Victoria.:dbgrtmb: In a couple of months I'll be going for a blood sodium test as by then I will have had 90 days of experimenting with mixing two stomach meds. Should be interesting.

@Upsydaisy that looks a fun purse. If I get any spare time, I really should play with making something hinky like that!

                        Cheers :coffee:

Yep, did picture that one. Its the one that "on FacebooK" they say if your an American traveling abroad to not wear to look like an American. LOL. I have a very thin square one with a long strap that I can cross over, a few zipper pockets carry my essentials. Years ago I did wear a bum one, not as large as the picture however.

My good neighbor , Chuck, feeds the cat. I leave him with lots of dry cat food, and he comes over 2X daily to put her full dish inside her house at about 7AM. then comes back to retrive it at about 5PM . She has a big dish with water and more in a jug ready to fill it if needed. She does not like being inside. We cannot leave any cat food outside over night as raccoons would come by and eat it all, or distroy things trying to get to it. Chuck lives right next door. So far this system has worked for the past 20 years. Thanks for asking.

Thursday morning, 8:44Am. Chilly 42 degrees here. Just continuing doing stuff to get ready to leave. Brother-in-law still staying here trying to get his car fixed. I look at the two of them, Husband and him, hope they cherrish the moments as both are over 70 years old. You never know the future.
When we leave on Saturday, our first stop after 5 hours of driving will be Wheeling, WV. seems they have some interesting sights to see, staying 2 nights. Then we drive to Bardstown, KY known for the burbon trail, so guess we will do one of the trails, and buy some. Thats a two night stay. Then St.Louise, MO, one night stay, then drive to Springfield, MO. where the car show is , stay for 4 nights. Total of about 1,100 miles of driving. On the way back, just one night stays to get back quickly for the car show an hour from our house starts June 2, but he will get to the hotel with the car on June 1st. I am not going with him, but will follow in my car, and come back home. He has dealt with that before that way.
The rest of June is open, thank goodness. I miss home. Ok. have a good day.
