Can anyone tell me how to make my echium last longer. I was thinking of pinching out the tips to stop it flowering as l quite like it with just its leaves.

It wont flower this year now as the flowers start forming in spring.
I get the feeling that pinching out the top will just result in multiple flower stems next year.

You have two so let one flower next spring and remove the tip from the other and keep us informed of what it does.
Depending on where you live, then after one has flowered you will never be without them again.
