Everything was growing well in my new section of garden I made.
Basically sleepers with rubble then soil on top.
Only my flowers have just stopped growing.
Also my runner beans in a separate container.

    Is it the weather maybe?
We have had hardly any rain for weeks.
    I do water every day

Hi, maybe as you are watering well some feeding could be needed.

A picture would be good if you could take one.

Are you giving them a good soak, stick your finger into the soil to see if it damp at the root level.

4 months seems a long time, what actually are you using is it John Innes compost?
        Or something else.

I have a tester its showing most but at its lowest ie just past dry.

I got the soil of homefires website Goodwins.
In the photo the runners were growing great but just stopped last few weeks.

Can I suggest that the pot is not really big enough and will dry out rapidly plus that small amount of compost is not going to have enough nutrients.
Runner beans like damp conditions and hate to dry out, that doesn't mean they like soggy conditions, so still good drainage, you need to water until it runs out the bottom and in hot weather every day at least, maybe twice if they get growing well.
