    I don't know the answer to that but I don't think it is possible. One of our more tech admin may be able to be more definitive. I definitely don't come under that category.

    You can 'ignore' people. :blue thumb:

    With regard to threads:- there are some threads I don't wish to take part in and I find it easy enough to just leave them alone. I don't think we have ever had a similar request as I do know that quite a few members just ignore threads they don't want to bother with. :noidea:

      Having looked behind the scenes there is no feature within our forum software to 'Ignore Threads'.

          If you make a comment on any thread you will then get 'Alerts' i.e. you'll be notified every time someone else puts a comment on it.
          However, you can 'unwatch' a thread, in which case you will not be notified of other posts in that thread.
          To unwatch a thread click on the words 'unwatch thread' in the top right hand corner.

          It's best not to be tempted to make a comment in the first place. I keep mainly to garden/nature related threads myself. I find most of the others boring.

              I ignore many threads as most have nothing to do with the USA. However, its fun to read thoughts of others. No opinion of those thoughts are necessary, just interesting insights on how the "world" goes around.
