Yes most of the park is fenced off as explained in the images below,..when the construction is finished most of the park will be reopened.

Almost too warm to walk Foxy Molly,..however there is lots of shade plus she can have a paddle in the river.

 

Ah, now that looks like a lovely walk by the river in warm weather.

I love the colour in that first photo Philip ... and so pleased Foxy Molly got a refreshing dip. Did you join her?

 

I wish i could have Victoria,..that river is very cold even at the warmest days,..completed that same walk today,..slowly i might add,..the river is flowing very fast with all the rain we have had.

Wow it is flowing fast,..can i come back now.
