Same here. Enormous plants with strong stems and very leafy but toms are still green ,

I've lowered mine again, the stems are laying flat on the soil where the bottom two trusses were. Got 10+ trusses:

Also sprayed with Aspirin and this to give some protection against blight:

Did you mix the aspirin with the copper @JKW.

          Or a separate sprays.

I did mix them this time, usually I only spray aspirin on its own.

I looked a little closer at the earliest trusses to set,( on the self-sown tom), &, while they still need a little time to ripen still, they were looking very good. That particular plant is practically as tall (or short, as the case may be!) as me! (1.64m) . Yet there are 2 others that are fast catching up to it - but they don't have to feed fruit as they have practically none! The self-sown plant has about 5 trusses with fruit. No other plant has more than 2 or 3 at present.

I haven't needed to use my shading this year.

I was sat outside, browsing over my mobility scooter reg plate number from the DVLA this morning when I decided to take a break and check on my tomatoes...
To my surprise I have a red one- or at least going red - and only a section of it?

"Still it is my first born in growing, and even though it may look ugly to a lot of people, in my eyes it's the best! :hapydancsmil:
