Haha yes I know what that's like and I'm glad to know it doesn't only happen to me - My garden has many hidden secateurs and trowels and even mugs of tea and coffee :heehee:

I tend to 'hang' secateurs and little snippers on the branches of nearby trees or shrubs close to wherever I'm working.......only to find them in Winter when all the leaves have dropped. Oops:whistle:.

I have never lost anything! Guess because I am such a creature of habit. This goes for outdoors and indoors. On the rare occasion I can't find something, it is because I put it exactly where it should be ... a place for everything and everything in its place. My Sis was the same. J on the other hand can't find something he a moment before had and I often have to suggest to him where he may have put/left it!

I tell a fib ... I lost a gold pinky ring when I fell and it came off and fell in the Myrtus ... never did find it but am sure it is still in the earth somewhere.

You gave me a great laugh reading what you all lost in the garden,..then started thinking of the worst thing i had forgotten,..i used to have rented out Aquariums to Bars and Hotels,..the nearest one was a Bar some 10 mins away on a bicycle,..it was far quicker that by car,..arrived there entered the bar and realised i had forgotten my teeth,..legged it out quickly of course and headed back home :wallbanging:

Love all the shots Philip, especially the general views!.
Now that made me laugh! Also reminded me of a time in The States when I went shopping, got to the front doors of the store and noticed my feet ... one black shoe and one dark green, both kitten heels but totally different styles   :rolleyespink: :hate-shocked: ... I too hot footed it back home!!!
