What's your weather Like October

The sky is finally brightening out to the West after a day of 4mm of rain but took the whole day to do it.
One of the most miserable days for ages.

 

It was drizzly weather early morning but the rest of the day it was cloudy.
Now it's partly cloudy with light winds from the west north west temp 8c feels like 6c.

 

Yesterday the high wind continued but it stayed dry with some glimpses of sunshine.

Today has been calmer with the wind being breezy but it's poured with rain all day, stopping just before sunset. Although the wind direction has swung back to the south-west it's been a cold day. 5C/41F

Cloudy with blue patches, feeling cold at just above 6c.

@Upsydaisy You are so pleased about today, you put it up thrice!

Here we had some showers in the night, 3mm. Currently it is grey and overcast with drizzly, 15c going to 21c, and under an Orange warning for wind and rain. The gusty wind on Thursday split our shade sail over the cars and also the umbrella on the Dining Patio. We have a wind tunnel from the gates to the Dining Patio across the width of the garden.

 

I know Vicky, I couldn't contain my excitement at discovering it hadn't changed overnight!!!

Oh dear, we also have a wind tunnel running across us too and it's all too easy on calmer days to remember when preparing the garden for a forthcoming storm.

And a nice sunny day here as well, it's only 14c atm but with zero winds it's nice enough for the time of year.

 

Same here too, a really lovely windless , sunny day here too.

 

Steadily raining and we have now gone under a Red Warning for Rain (and possible Thunderstorms) till 7PM.
