What's your weather Like November

Sunny, calm, 16c going to 22c, a nice day forecast.

Without going back you seem to have had lots of rain, getting caught out shopping/walking, flooding on the balcony, etc. Do you have a gauge? We have had two partial days of decent rain.

 

Heavy but very brief shower at 8am, blink & you miss it! Not 5 mins! :D
No, no gauge. Just general impression.

 

The rain is finally easing up a bit now and hopefully we'll get a brief dry spell this afternoon. The wind is beginning to pick up, we can hear it through the trees.

 

Another depressing day, dull, wind & rain. I do have jobs to do inside but I can't be bothered at the moment

 

Just came in from sitting in the sun for 40 minutes, 19c with light breeze.

 

11c nice sunny morning (even had the washing out ), now windy showers so washing in

 

Still fairly sunny but but the wind is building up now.

November has started off showery and mild here (it usually does)
No wind to mention, and lots of blue sky between the showers. I walked to the Co-op for a few things between the showers too

 

Some rain around midday and then some sunshine this afternoon, breezy but nothing unusual as yet.
I'm looking at the met office site and we come under the amber wind warning for tomorrow, however looking at their forecast gusts for tomorrow they are only predicting 44mph as the highest, I hope they are right, but it does seem to be a contradiction.
Edit, correction, we are only under a yellow warning for both wind and rain.

 

Wet and windy.

 

Heavy rain showers and a moderate breeze from the south south west temp 8c feels like 5c

 

Flash of lightening and thunder an hour or so ago.and a noisy squaul .
Now ? Absolutely dead calm - not a breath of wind... you could hear a pin drop.
