An Algarve Garden -2023/24

Pink Brugmansia suavolens having made a miraculous recovery from c2008, has started blooming for the third time this year ...





And because we have been housebound with Covid since the first of the month, we missed the full bloom of Charles Grimaldi, which looks like it desperately needs water ..

I used to have a Nandina but it has died, I must get another one, they are nice plants.

Jatropha podagrica and Jatropha multifida ...


Avocado tree and I underplanted Dianthus and Protea and Hibiscus syriacus I did from seed ...



Plumeria underplanted with Portulacaria afra and Hameila patens ...


Munchin keeping me company under the Pandorea jasminoides ...

Thank you Michael. Munchkin is usually with me when I am out ... she's by the fire (wood) now as J lit one because it is cool for us being a few degrees under normal. This sort of finishes the garden for us till Spring.
