Mine comes under Woking. Since the yellows kicked the blues out a couple of years ago they have proved to be at least as incompetent as their predecessors!
Collections are done under contract to a 3rd party so likely mired in bureaucracy and ridiculousness. They recently admitted that in their brand new car park they can't charge for EV car charging...

Only a slight moan. The numbers have rubbed off from my Tesco Clubcard so I phoned the number on the back to order a new one. After a whole series of 'press...' I got through to the robot that says it is there for me to order a new card.

Guess what? It wanted me to enter my card number into the phone . So I did the usual - do nothing and wait. Normally after two goes at asking these robots put you through to a human slave but I had to wait until it asked three times. I then got through to another robot that said I was in a queue and it would be quicker to do it online. Two seconds later a human slave was on the line and sorted it all out quickly.

I shall receive my new card in 3 - 10 working days. Rather a wide time scale.

Things went massively downhill when you left - in fact, it looks like you were keeping them all in check!

 

Ah, the religion... the cult that is the NHS... it has done more damage to itself than any political party could ever do and sadly that headline is only one example.
