I tried printing some of the pictures I've made for Christmas cards but the printer wouldn't print the colour green.
I phoned a good place in Carmarthen where they are very helpful and they found that there was an update needed on my computer, in order to make the printer work properly.
They helped me download the update, and now the printer prints green as well as the other colours .... brilliant ! Thank you very much :dbgrtmb:.

Took Bella to the vet because she was having difficulty eating. She seems to have a sensitive tooth. The vet gave her a pain relief injection. We were in the consulting room less than 10 minutes. The bill came to £86.66 :yikes:

No charge for fixing the computer and printer though

Thank you @Logan, the vet said it may need to be removed but we'll see how it goes. I hope all will be well again after this pain relief treatment.

Aww poor Bella, nothing worse than a nagging tooth ache. Hope it settles down very soon so that she can enjoy her meals again.:cat-kittyandsmiley::grphg:

Brilliant that you got help with the printer update.:dbgrtmb:

                  That's lovely @Upsydaisy xx
I am a bit 'bah humbug' myself, like @shiney, but I do enjoy open air markets, and at Christmas time they can be very atmospheric

Oh I am too Michael, not a Christmas person at all as far as going mad on food etc...I just think it's completely not right and makes me very sad and emotional thinking of all the very unfortunate ones here as well around the world ,especially those caught up in areas of conflict who have absolutely nothing. I just hate it that some people I feel are obscenely greedy for the few days over Christmas to them the celebrations all revolve around eating and drinking as much as possible. For us it's about remembering lost family and being with our brood..that's all we want.

But.....having said that I love going out and about seeing the decorations in the cities and experiencing the atmosphere of the Christmas Fairs and markets.
We're off up to London this weekend and I'm very much looking forward to seeing those up there too !!

All bright and beautiful. I agree with you Upsy that it is all about food and drink and presents, etc. Gone is the real reason for the holiday. I have never been to a Christmas Fair in my life!

I agree @Upsydaisy, it seems people use Christmas as an opportunity for gluttony and greed. Totally the opposite of what it should be.
Have a lovely week end with your family xx

We don't celebrate Christmas, or anything (birthdays, anniversaries etc.), indoors but I have already organised three Christmas celebrations at clubs I run.

Like birthdays I lost real interest in Christmas when I was out of my teens, its just not something I'm that bothered about.
Obviously when you work its nice to look forward to some time off, even if you would rather have it during the summer.:frown:

I have to make a bit of an effort for the few family members I have but personally I'd like to be able to hibernate and wake up at the end of February.
