Got a 5p off every litre of petrol token sent to me by Morrisons via email mail.
It said just print this and take it to the service station when you buy petrol.
        I haven't got a printer.

Contacted customer services and they said they couldn't understand why they have started doing it this way. :dunno:

It's a lot cheaper than paying for printing and shipping physical vouchers.

Libraries usually have a printing service that costs very little (or nothing if you play the sweet frail elderly gentleman card ;) )

Tbh I can't be bothered, maybe that's the attitude they want people to take, but the customer service said lots of people are complaining.

Oh well, oil prices were falling, but now it looks like they will be rising yet again.

Just had my Morrisons delivery, receipt states 8 plastic bags at 10p each, just counted, its 6, so rip each customer off by 20p could make a lot of money, must admit I've not done the comparison before.
They will be getting 6 back next time but I've wrote 8 on the outside bag.

Just noticed the last delivery driver has given me £2.50 back for 8 bags, so I shouldn't complain really, but that was done be the individual, thanks mate, not the company.

                      Do they take them back?
I thought it was law that they had to put a charge on plastic bags?

Not if they're bags for perishables such as meats and fish for which they can use thin wrapping bags.

When we were having deliveries from Sainsbury's they didn't deliver the main shopping in bags unless asked to - for which they charged. Otherwise they brought them in the crates and we took things from there. To make things easier for ourselves and the delivery person we had boxes on the doorstep and they unloaded their crates into the boxes. It was much quicker for them and easier for us to get everything indoors. Especially in the cold weather when they dumped everything into the boxes and we could get the shopping indoors quickly.
