Pete, take some picture's of them (if you can) and ring 101 or email your local police, but don't just do it once keep on reporting them and if need be put some comments on Twitter or Facebook for your local force, something may happen!!!!! i done the same here about illegal bikes/vehicles and if you use twitter/facebook tag in your OPCC
I'm now not seeing the illegal vehicles/bikes but it took time and if you have time to ring them every time you see/hear them, i was geting to feel like i was being a big pain in the back side but it did seem to work, and also ringing 101 is free from land line and moblie so it won't cost you anything to be a pain and i'm in the middle of nowhere so you should be in a better place to get some done and if you can get others to join in
