In the ideal world that would be the answer, but sometimes too much is going on and the people get really scared and fear for their lives . There is a lot more to fear than we can grasp as we, the fortunate, have never had to experience having to live day in and day out it such environments.

That would mean regime change in most of the countries and we all know how that usually ends up.
Even people in these countries now have internet and see what other countries are like, and they want a piece of it, years ago that didn't happen.

We either protect our borders or get swamped.

The Covid-19 enquiry seems to have turned into a tit for tat slagging match. I wonder when they will get to the issues that matter - lessons learned and how we can improve our response the next time around.

You know - despite what you may think about Boris - he did an OK job - mainly because he was being told what to do by the scientists. In this respect he was no different to Mark or Nicola.

I always thought Boris was a complete disaster and I would put in charge of an ice cream van.
I cant see what they hope to find out in this inquiry it is costing millions and will take years, its just more jobs for the lawyers and other blood suckers and in the end the results will achieve nothing.
Cummings has proved to be an even worse piece of manure than Boris, and I suppose if it stops all these types of people ever getting a job again it will at least have achieved something.

Just what is all this chucking each other under the bus going to achieve,if Cummings was that 'upset' for want of a better word why didn't he stay at Barnard Castle and throw the towel in then instead of hanging on?
I fully understand the families that have lost loved ones to covid want answers but do they really think they will get the truth.I have to say and I know it's no consolation to bereaved families but I don't think the blame can be entirely put on the government I was shielding my Mum and I didn't take notice of the government I just listened to the science and did what I thought was right whereas some selfish folk didn't give flying fig about anyone else thus was happy to spread Covid far and wide..yes there are exceptions ofcourse but that's just my opinion.

I don't want anyone to panic, but....

The UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) has announced the detection of a single confirmed human case of influenza A(H1N2)v in the UK. ‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌

The discovery marks the first known instance in the UK of this specific strain of flu – which has been circulating in pigs – infecting a human. ‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌

I've just watched a youtube video on excess deaths since the covid pandemic - most of which appear to be as a result of heart issues. This in not a UK thing - it's happening all over the world.

Don't want to worry anyone - but I recall that these Pfizer/Moderna vaccines used a new vaccine technology and that there were some heart issues for the younger age group who were vaccinated.

I'm not saying that there is a link - but it does seem a bit odd to me....

From the start of the `pandemic`I followed it on the official ONS government figures and they were not telling the truth to the general public, what they done was create fear, added to that just follow the money and see who gained from all of this.
Much more I could add to this but don't want to start any arguments.

I'm curious to see any figures relating to Strokes since the jabs as they are on the up....

My brother tested positive on Christmas Day and was very poorly for 4 days, had to go back to work once he could get out of bed even though he was still positive...Company policy apparently ...he works in a supermarket...he didn't care about himself but was more concerned about his work pals who could be going to visit elderly family over the new year...

But the money grabbing goes on, it was stated today the Covid inquiry is costing £200, 000 a day and is set to go on for a few more years yet.
Money grabbing lawyers and the legal system are now taking their share.

What is it with this country that we always seem to throw money at the rich and there doesn't seem to be anyway of stopping it, they make their own rules.

Other countries seem to have had their enquiries and moved on, but not us, we continue to feed that bunch of bloodsuckers that are the establishment.

I agree, stroke numbers will increase with an ageing population but not by 120% by 2035
They projected, stroke incidence in the UK to increase by 60% and stroke prevalence is projected to increase by 120% between 2015 and 2035.
