    You could try Omeprezole.:roflol:

I'm pretty sure you can get calcium in a spray form never used it though.

"The active ingredient in PRILOSEC (omeprazole) Delayed-Release Capsules is a substituted benzimidazole, 5-methoxy-2-[[(4-methoxy-3, 5-dimethyl-2-pyridinyl) methyl] sulfinyl]-1H- benzimidazole, a compound that inhibits gastric acid secretion. Its empirical formula is C17H19N3O3S, with a molecular weight of 345.42. "

Not on my tomatoes, thank you.

Calcium carbonate as an antacid is rather outdated. If you want a soluble calcium compound for a foliar feed or similar than calcium chloride would be the way to go: for example Calcium Chloride Gardening 1KG 5KG 25KG | Direct Chems | UK note it does absorb water and go runny if not tightly sealed.

I use hydrocrops brand of soluble fertilisers, their smallest bag goes a long long way and has all the tiny micronutrients in. I think the common slow release balls also have those and calcium in. I suspect using insoluble with symbiotic fungus innoculant might be "the best" option for outdoor growing at least. RHS sells myco in £3.50 packets even, but ive never seen any tests if it actually improves yields. I noticed one of my toms last year actually picked up some wild mychorizae (how does anyone spell this?!) in their pot... didnt notice any difference but i wasnt really looking.

I was going to wait longer but the weather is awful so needed something to do. I've now sown mortgage lifter, roma, sweet aperitif, harbinger, brandywine pink, and ailsa craig.

Hello, fellow tomato aficionados. I have a question that someone on here just might be able to answer.

I was gifted a saved seed and unfortunately, forget who gifted it to me. It is called "Malibu Bi-coloured Pineapple". I have been unable to find it anywhere on the internet - even Mr. Google doesn't know. I am still deciding on my sow list and would really like to find any information on this variety, please.

Many thanks, eatenbyweasels and Infradig. I feel like Homer Simpson, DOH! I have grown Ananas and its sister Ananas Noir but as this is labelled 'Malibu Bicolour', I assumed it must be another family member. You have shown though, that my investigation skills need some work. Thanks again.

Not toms but found some physalis peruviana from sainsburies with truly rediculous sized berries, the size of a normal tomatillo. saved some and will grow alongside my other seed source.
I see everyone sowing tomatoes already, is this for indoors? i figured id sow mine for outdoors in a month still, but it has been a mild winter so perhaps earlier? IDK!

I'm planning on sowing outdoor and greenhouse ones closer to mid March time.
But my micro varieties are growing:

As previously, it depends on what you've got per facilities. Earliest tomatoes (which were sown last week) will shelter in the cold greenhouse, and be brought indoors for cold nights (forecasts below 8 deg overnight.) Second batch to be planted in 3 weeks hence, hopefully to remain in greenhouse but may have to shelter too. These will be the 'reserve team' and surplus get to grow outdoors and/or get sold to neighbours etc.
