What's your weather like MARCH 2024

12C now in sheltered sunshine but perishing in the wind. I went down to the polytunnel to check on OH who is busy pulling up the dead chillies and then pouring compost on the bed. He's found one that was sprouting but pulled it up and stuck it in a bucket of water.

I've potted it up to see if it grows and collected 3 eggs from the hens.

Back to spring cleaning indoors then. Rasta doggy - woolly terrier type - has had a shower and a bit of a trim so I needed to steam clean our shower and bathroom floor. Now to check I have everything I need to make hot cross buns for Friday.

Wind dropped enough for it to be pleasant here too, so I took a leaf out of your book @zenj and got the first strim of the yr done.

Going down to 2c tonight though...

 

Had awful hail storm yesterday afternoon and then today the sun was out for most of it but again very windy. Clouded over now with rain forecast.

 

Clear sky and a full moon. Light winds from the west temp 7c feels like 7c.

Good morning all a bleak day ahead high of 7c and rain all day

 

Dry, cloudy with bright spells
7c.

 

It was 4C when I woke but I’ve just popped out to the car and it’s up to 7C already. It’s dry and the cloud cover is lifting and there’s glimpses of brightness here in Norfolk.

 

Still under this Dust Haze, `15c going to 20c. Appears our possible forecast rain all migrated to Spain!
