Been duped

    Unfortunately this has been going on since ebay started. It's a common scam and often the seller's set up multiple companies that are short lived enough that they can shut up shop and scarper quickly with the money. If you report the listing to ebay they don't do anything about, the same as if you report a banned plant species that listed.

    If you contact ebay/paypal and tell them the item isn't as described then you will get a refund.

      We'll see, there'll be no quibble with Ebay, I'll get my money back for sure.

      Lesson learnt. No more knee jerk purchases!

          Full marks for persistence. Goodness only knows what's in those envelopes - must be something so cheap that they'd rather send you more than give you your £3 or so back, so probably not even regular primroses.

            Just trying to a pain in their backside, that's the least I can do ;). I did plant the seeds as soon as I got them which was sometime in January I think, and I noticed yesterday a seed has germinated, it may one of those volunteer seedlings that I get often, such is my carelessness. I'll let it grow and who knows what it'll turn into?

              No, no,no, that's a blue daisy - very rare and special, you could flog the seed on ebay........:biggrin:
