Whats your weather like May 2024

Quite a strong breeze today, but sun forecast all day 14 degrees just now, the garden is looking healthy, but I may need to water it later.

 

Blue with little white clouds. Forecast a lovely few days now, apart from showers Saturday afternoon.

It is very nice, 56f 12c and the skies are cloudy but bright. The guessers say we'll get some rain today and then after tomorrow lunch for the following three days, we'll have loads of sunshine and temps in the mid 70'sf 20'sC - it doesn't get better than that.

Heavy rain last night but today it's warm and sunny with a slight breeze, very pleasant.

 

Its warmer than forecast, 25c and sunny periods, zero wind.

Wet, wet, wet, wet, wet!

 

It was sunny late morning, now overcast with sunny spells, 22c with a light breeze.

 

Forgot to do this today. I went out for my walk earlier because it was going to be far too hot. The o'night low was 9 degrees, and quite cloudy until late morning, but it became sunny by lunchtime and it reached 22 this afternoon - much higher than the predicted high - think that was 18. Nice breeze though, which helped.

Yesterday was similar - it got to 21, and the predicted high was 18 or so.
This is more like full on summer weather here just now.

@Fat Controller I once had my Corsa re-arranged by the back end of a bendy bus swinging out uncontrollably as the bus turned left at traffic ights in the centre of Namur. The bus driver didn't even know it had happened so I followed him to the bus station and, fortunately, so did a witness who was incensed on my behalf.

It was such a common occurrence, apparently, that their insurance company didn't quibble when I said I wanted my Corsa fixed and not written off at the grand olf age of 6.
