Whats your weather like June 2024

Winter has arrived in Algarve ... it has been overcast most of the day, our high was 21.5c and it is now 21.3c with a wind and nasty gusts!

 

Windy and cold but dry. The sun has come out to play in the last 15 minutes but grey cloud is still looming so don't think it will be around long. 11C/52F

 

The day started sunny and it stayed sunny until Germany started playing. Dark clouds now cast the sky. We had probably 22c in the afternoon. Tomorrow cloudy and I’m looking forward to it. It was too much sunshine recently.

Overcast with a light breeze, 18c going to 25c and breezy. Hmm, I wonder if it will turn out like yesterday. I often wonder if the weather folk know where Algarve is located.

 

Autumn

 

Cloudy, but dry again. The wind's dropped though. O'night low was 10 degrees [12 just now at approx. 9.15am] and a predicted high of about 16. Showers, or dry, depending on which forecast is more accurate!
Yesterday was a mix, with a good amount of sun, and a brisk 'washing drying' wind. The high was 17, but knocked back a bit with the wind, and ideal for sitting when the sun was out [with an extra layer on] and for grafting when it was cloudy. Perfect for me really.

 

Cloudy and cool here. There must have been have been a bit of rain overnight but nothing much.

 

It was up to 21c earlier but now closer to 17c and the wind feels cold.
Overcast and gloomy sums it up.

 

Rather muggy and overcast, no wind and dry, 15 degrees, but it feels warmer than that somehow, rain could appear, but only light.

 

It's been warm and dry for several days, so today's rain is appreciated, as it saves me having to water most plants.

 

Unrelenting grey skies. Breezy. 12°C at 1pm. I am wearing my cashmere polo neck winter sweater for the second day in a row. Central heating came on this morning with the temperature on the thermostat set at 15°C. The last day of June, ffs.

Not a bee to be seen. Not a butterfly. Not a moth. Not a single runner bean flower pollinated since they began in early June.

 

It says currently 19c but the sun is poking out now and then, and it feels warmer like 22c.
