Your day (apart from gardening) what took place ? 2024

We must have been snipping at the same time @cactus_girl! I have just cut OH's hair. He doesn't do mine though. I'll leave that to Marie, my usual girl.

 

We did too. I had near waist length then in 2018/19 I spent 42 days in hospital and got fed up with it strangling me so had it cut off like my avatar and have kept it that way since.

 

Cycle and foray

 

Same thing that's taken place since last Tuesday....I'm fostering a mother cat and her three kittens. A full-time job keeping them fed, amused and cleaning up the litter tray

 

Ah. Is it feral? I couldn't do that as I would have to keep them all Photo?

 

Not feral, they were trapped by a well-meaning but stupid neighbour of the 'owner' who then left them for 4 days in a coypu trap in full sun. Local rescue association got involved and appealed for someone to house them temporarily. 'Mum' is a lovely, friendly little cat who doesn't look much older than a kitten herself but is 3. We've already decided not to take on any more than our two 14 year-olds. Nobody to look after them if something happens to us.....There are several people interested in re-homing them once 'Mum' is sterilised

I know, I know...it would be sooo easy.....

Couldn't separate them.....although I've got a marked preference for girlies since having French tomcats with appalling territorial tendencies!

 

T'other half prefers the girlies, but I prefer the boys n the States, UK and here ... and NO problems anywhere, perfect gentlile boys.

 

Another cycle and made a roast for dinner. Only took a pic of the yorkies, they are gluten free

 

Lucky you! There was a point where I had to clingfilm every vertical surface up to 1m and just wash the floor every day ...

 

They look gorgeous.
I don't need the meat, but dipping a yorkie into gravy is a must-have.
