A quick heads up - I was an occasional member of the Gardeners' World forums which have vanished.

So I'm tentatively riding into town as my next question has just appeared on my doorstep in the form of a huge bag of spare ferns donated by a neighbour doing a garden re-organise and which I am now climbing over in my porch. I'll post in the appropriate place.

Thank-you to whoever set up this new community, and for the work maintaining it. I moderate elsewhere, and I appreciate the commitment it requires.

You will probably recognise some names from the GW forum, when many of us moved to the gardenrscorner in March.
We also thought we have to contribute in the one or other way. Some did it monetary wise when we moved.

Thanks go to our Webmaster Nathan, who if my memory serves me well, 'went live' with Gardeners Corner back in 2005 and it has continued to thrive since with the help of our amazing administration team. They keep us scallywags (oops, members) in order as well as keeping GC running smoothly for us all.
