I got four babies of this from Spain yesterday. Apparently they are a dwarf, rosette type bred in Louisiana.

Nice little plants @Victoria ... They are dwarf, I've got one called 'Golden Hahnii' but it's turning green, probably needs more light.
I don't water it often. It needs repotting too.

I've spent years trying to get mine to grow taller.
I seem to have a type that could possibly be mid way between, it never get taller than about 12 to 14 inches.

I read as a Dwarf they don't get over 30cm in the ground ... where they run amock with their rhizomes.

I had two types of hahnii that I grew outside along with other house plants like crassula ovata, chlorophytum comosum to name a couple. Got through an extremely mild winter....but not the following normal one. The chlorophytum and a couple of tradescantias did.
This is how we find out the extremes of what we could grow

I am fortunate all of my houseplants are outdoors permanently as there is nowhere indoors being an old cottage with small inset windows to keep out heat.
This is just on the Dining Patio ...

I can't answer your question about the two different colourings @Victoria, but it seems strange that the two occur on the same rhizome ...
The flowers are beautiful, I've only seen them in photos.

I had flowers but only one time, I think you need brighter conditions than I give mine.
I remember the flowers being quite scented, but only at night.
