What's your Weather Like September

Was mostly dry with sunny spells. Two short rain showers, but the washing still dried.

 

Came in too uncomfortable outside with 26c and no breeze.

 

Sun, rain and hail showers with a light breeze, 11C/52F. There's a light coating of snow on one of the higher hills today - too early!

 

A cold day at no more than 12c. We had some very heavy showers.

I forgot my wellies were outside and found them full of water, so I had to stuff them full of tissue to be able to continue sorting out delicate pots before it goes very cold tomorrow night.

Managed to use up some 4 in 1 - a bit late, but it was well watered in.

CH is on for the first time.

Good morning all.
Chilly 6c outside, 17.9c inside. I switched to the thick fleece jacket.*
Max today could be 13c with sunshine in the morning and eventually rain over lunch time.

* I bought last year a fleece at M&S (Borg) and it turns out that this is the warmest jacket I ever had in my life. It saves literally 2c in heating (cost). I had to wait many decades to stay warm over winter.

 

It’s been a clear night - it was lovely to see twinkling stars this morning, but it’s not much fun getting up when it’s still dark. I’m expecting it to be chilly when I venture out shortly.

A dry bright start here. O'night low was 4 degrees [6 just now at approx. 7.55 am] but the ground's damp due to the cloud overnight, and the single figs. through the evening. [13 degrees in the lounge this morning ]
The predicted high is around 11 degrees, but it's to brighten up a good bit, so might be a little higher by the afternoon. Windy all day, and we missed the showers, so my washing was dry too @AuntyRach
Snow in the C'gorms @Sheal , but that's fairly common at this time of year. Not been the case in recent years though. The hill forecasts all have snow and sleet for the summits of higher hills.

Yesterday was very windy all day, but plenty of sun. The high was 14 degrees. Single figs again by 8 pm, which will probably be the case until mid morning, as it was the previous day.

 

Good morning all ,sunny start but cold ,sun and cloud forecasted high of 12c .

 

We were 22c when it was "lights out! at 11pm. There was a blood orange sky with pale blue streaks at 7am. Currently hazy sun. calm and 16c going to low 30s so no change there. I am weary and need a tonic or something.

 

What, you wear the fleece indoors? Over heavier clothes?
