A number of plants to id in the new garden please.

It was taken on 4th October @micearguers. The following image was taken today 9th October...



I'll remind you that I live in north east Scotland and Autumn comes earlier here than the rest of Britain.

 

Thank you @shiney, your shots have been helpful. Now, comparing notes on the bark this is what I have...



I would say it's Prunus. The other images of your tree do suggest the one I have is Kojo No Mai.

 

If no.5 is bog myrtle, @Sheal , the leaves will have a very distinctive resinous smell.

There's no smell at all @Liriodendron and I don't think it's Daphne as suggested. There's certainly no sign of berries. Back to square one with this I think.

 

I do still wonder if it might be Daphne mezereum, @Sheal . Those buds along the stem could be flower buds... they flower early in the year on bare wood. It might be a "wait & see" plant perhaps!

 

I'll keep an eye on everything and see what the coming months and seasons produce. I will update when necessary.

 

Here is my guess. No 5 looks like my Exorchorda, but I'm probably wrong. The leaves are so similar, but maybe the bark is different or it's just the image colour.
I've got Exochorda Serratifolia Snow White, and here are pictures from Spring time.

This week: Don't look for leaves. I had done something wrong with giving fishbone/potassium and and all leaves lost chlorophyll and are already fallen. I hope it recovers next year from my experiment.

But hate listing answers..going back and for to check numbers.
Lots of different plants at once ..thread gets far too long.
Answers not always agree with each other.
People do not read what others have written.

Yes, I apologise @Silver surfer, I would normally post plants individually.

With help from members here some have been identified. When I have time I will re-post those that are still proving difficult, separately. Unfortunately I haven't been able to spend much time on GC recently due to one thing or another with my new abode.

(1) Possible Pear 'Clapps Favourite'. I think you're right with this id @Thevictorian.

2) Lonicera Nitida 'Baggesen's Gold'

3) Viburnum Tinus

6) Prunus Incisa 'Kojo-No-Mai'
