What's your Weather Like October 2024

Wet, very wet. 14C /11C Picking up from tomorrow, though, with the return of the sun and decent temperatures

 

It's going to be a good weekend - sunny intervals today and full sun tomorrow.

Next week it's misty most of the week. Proper Autumn weather now.

Looking further forward it's going to be properly frosty on 2 Nov.

 

Sunny here! Looks like a mostly dry spell here for the next week or two - from that belt of high that @simone_in_wiltshire describes. As @cactus_girl notes, there may be some frosty mornings coming up in a week or so.

We had a little bit of rain overnight (2mm) but it looks like being fine for the rest of the day. Yesterday never really fined up properly - it didn't really rain but it stayed damp in the air.

 

It is up to 40f 4c and there are some puffy clouds in the sky. The rain we were expecting yesterday turned out to be a few short spurts of spits and that's it. Oh well, not much wants to grow in these temps anyway!

 

Its still on and off drizzle and gloomy.
Everything is just hanging heavy with water.
A cold feeling 14c.

 

Should have had five hours rain by now, had less than a hour and 2mm. sunny and 18.7c. I think there was heavy rain in other parts of Algarve.

 

Don’t forget to ‘fall back’ tonight (not literally please!) as British Summertime ends (thankfully during a mild spell to lessen the pain).

 

A lovely hot and sunny day - couldn't have been better. Tomorrow is the same they say.

The dew soon comes down and it had soaked the lawn, but it did not dry off at all despite the hot sun.

Clear sky tonight and there should be a moon of some sort.

Usually at this time of year the fireworks start, but I have only heard a few. Thank goodness.
