What's your Weather Like November 2024

Its turned out fairly sunny from mid morning onwards, the s ky is clear now as the sun is going down.
A colder night with fog I think.

Well, I shall join the "grey brigade". It is miserable here too. I sat out for 30 minutes mid morning as the sun appeared. Showers forecast for most of the day ... but it has just been overcast, so grey. Difference here is we got to 21c at noon and one o'clock. now 19,5c and 97% humidity.

 

Grey with a light breeze, 12c.

 

Grey and 11c all day.
We needed warmth and turned the heating on.

 

This dinosaur had a grey day too @cactus_girl. The last few days have been good but a blip today and back to sunshine tomorrow. Temperatures day and night remain very much the same with hardly any difference between the two. 10C/50F last night and 11C/52F today.

 

Good morning everyone.
As mentioned yesterday evening, it was one of the grey days which makes one feeling that the winter months are now lying ahead. Originally, they had forecast sunshine for this week, but it looks like it's staying grey all week. I don't mind. Since it's still warm for this time of the year.
The forecast prediction is currently that the High will stay and so the temperatures.
9c currently and 14c over the day.

Interesting is that the sunset at the end of this month will be almost the same as at the end of the year with around 4 PM.
It's the sunrise that will need another hour in December before time goes back again on 1 January.

Not sure what has happened to the forecasted warmer days with sunshine towards the end of this week.

 

Another similar start here, although drier. O'night low of 7 degrees [7 just now at approx. 7.35 am] with a predicted high of around 11 again. No wind, so it'll be pleasant enough for my walk later. It's to be damp-ish, as it's been for a while now, although one forecast seems to think it'll be clearer and brighter.... not holding my breath!

Yesterday turned out ok after the usual smirr and drizzle/light rain. The high was 10 degrees.
Smirr is simply that stuff which just seems like a cross between very low cloud and mist, and is a common feature of our weather here.

 

Yet another grey-looking day ahead with 15c forecast.
I admit that I don't mind this weather as long as it stays dry , must be because of being born in November I suppose!

 

We were awoken to showers at 7.30 . We may have a little more but then that's it till ????? Currently it is 18c and brightly overcast with a light breeze going to 22c.

 

A bit steamy, but still cloudy and max 12c again. But there does seem to be a glow coming from somewhere.

On the radio it said there will some spots of sun bursting through here and there. Let's hope we get one.

My house plants think it's night time all the time - most are too big to move nearer the window for more light.
