Honestly, I find all that AI hype OTT. And reading news as here, I doubt if there is any sense in AI.

Well ... that's quite a specific message. I don't think it can be brushed off as a "non-sensical error".

If AI starts ruling the world, and thinks along those lines, we humans are in serious trouble.

 

I think that we oomans are in serious trouble with or without AI.

 

I've been known to think that quite often.

 

All I know is that the internet is getting flooded with AI images, it was bad enough with all the photoshopped images, now everything is just fantasy crap.
It no wonder the youngsters have totally lost touch with reality.

 

I assume it was real post and not an AI one.

 

Re domestic abuse, just keeping these topics in the public domain is what's needed more than anything. It won't magically solve it by having a figurehead, but if people keep discussing it and becoming aware of some of the signs, that's a start. As I said, I'm no fan of Camilla, and she could always start by telling her husband to stop taking money from the NHS in that way, and putting his hand in his ample pockets and donating to refuges, and maybe creating more of them.

I'd just say -watch the programme, and get a sense of the reality about it all and the patterns that get repeated over and over again. if you can help someone by reading the signs, you can save their life.

AI is less of a potential problem for the ooman race than the lack of real intelligence being shown in many quarters.

A robot has run alongside human competitors in the Beijing marathon, which strikes me as completely pointless, given a marathon is a test of endurance, involving training and pain and an ultimate high (hopefully) when you beat your personal best or whatever. None of these can possibly apply to a robot.
