    Is it a bush rose or a climber? Is it scented?
    Does it repeat flower?
    The flower is a bit like "Compassion", which is a climber, but there are so many pink roses.

    It reminds me of New Dawn, that's a climber and very thorny. It always stabs me and I've tried killing it off several times but it won't oblige !
    Other than that I don't know what it could be - we need answers to @Busy-Lizzie's questions first.

    Good morning @Kevin Cook there are now over 100,000 Roses of which I have 70,000 on my database which goes back to the late 1950's but alas many are no longer around and indeed some have even been given a new name and of course many are new Roses I can sometimes track back and ID a Rose but I need all the information you have ie Age/Petal count/etc and of course the colour which always looks different with each camera and depending on what time of the day the photo was taken(Amount of Light) and of course the location and soil and growing conditions its takes a lot of detective work and last but not least the 100's of varying same colour shades ie Coral Pink/Salmon Pink/Hot Pink/Medium Pink/etc.

      It isn't New Dawn, that has rounder leaves and is a paler, purer pink.

        Thank you all vert much and overwhelmed by this. I shall try answer your questios as well as I can. First I don't think its a climber as it was growing in a pot when I was given it. Yes it is scented. It also repeat flowers. As to the colour that's a mystery to me. I apologise for this but it maybe apeachy colour but very light. It was flowering up until a few days ago when the frost hit it. I do hope this helps you all.

            Compassion
            Climber, Hybrid Tea, Cl., Large-Flowered Climber. Salmon-pink. Strong fragrance. Large, full (26-40 petals), borne mostly solitary, cluster-flowered, in small clusters, classic hybrid tea bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season Harkness (1972).

            Thank @wiseowl I have removed the oetals now as they were killed by the frost. Could you help me with this tagging I read in the new members guide. I haven't a clue what it means. Thank you for you advice. Much appreciated
