Yes Michael. it is my favourite time of the year when the intense heat has gone. In saying that, we almost got to 27c today.

Thank you Michael. I like this time of year. Good weather (perhaps rain, hopefully) and as you say, colour. I like looking at your garden as we can grow different beauties, but sometimes the same like my incredible Rhipsalis baccifera this week now touching the ground ...

That's a wonderful plant @Victoria , mine is rather scrawny.
However my R. campos-portoana has long trailing stems

Do you happen to have myrtus (myrtle) baetica (boetica)? I noticed Tarentina in pictures. I love Tarentina, though I had to restore it from seeds.
I'm trying to find baetica, so far found one source in UK, but the plant doesn't look matching variety.

I had the common M Communis in the UK and brought it here (in the tumble dryer :heehee:) but it never settled and died. So on a trip back I got the M 'Tarentina' from Ventnor Botanical Gardens and it loves it here.

I have never heard of that variety and it looks interesting ... but expensive from Jurassic. I could not find it from any suppliers I use here.

I bought from Jurassic, it doesn't look baetic-ish at all, more of a general communis. They say it's a seedling and may not match yet the shape, ok, let's see, I doubt it ever changes. Want to get this variety from somewhere else.

Tarentina, I think, doesn't love cold, mine didn't overwinter outside, but, luckily, I managed to collect seeds and grow again. Now I keep it as a houseplant.
                                Thank you for checking :spinning:
