Got some more spring like conditions in the garden today with more bumble bees ànd some hover flies about.

Flowering currant blooms have improved and seem popular with the bees.

Pulmonaria moved a few weeks back from where it was overgrown has started to bloom already

Lithodora propagated from accidental cuttings starting to bloom and look more healthy than the original plant

Also posted another video here of how the garden is progressing.
    Happy gardening!

In autumn 2023 I bought some Erythronium bulbs, three different colours, and was looking forward to seeing them in spring 2024. However they never showed up and I was going to empty the pots and throw them away.
I didn't get around to doing that though, and the pots were just lying about in a corner of the garden, so today I decided to sort them out.
To my surprise and delight, I found all the Erythroniums were growing and showing lots of lovely leaves. One of them even has a bud !
I've now put them on the upper patio by the house so that I can keep and eye on them
