I've had to reregister too! Couldn't reset my password as the email address on my account is not used anymore. I emailed via 'contact us' but didn't get a reply, so don't know if it was received or not. :help:

Did you try clearing cookies before re-registering?

Perhaps I should mass mail everybody again. I did once, telling people to hit the "forgot my password" link and get a new one.

    Didn't you all get yours?

Received my message, and it worked fine thanks. Plus there was a link at the top of each forum with the same message for anyone who missed the Email

Obviously that won't work for anyone who has changed EMail address recently, as they won't be able to receive the "New Temporary Password" message. I expect anyone in that situation could email Admin for assistance couldn't they? (Is there a link to Contact US Email/Form available for such folk?)

Correct. Never thought about people who might have changed their emails.

Well, if there are any issues please email [email protected] and I will get on the case as soon as possible.

Sometimes I may not respond for 6-7 hours, but please be patient.

Please do not re-register, as all that means is that we have to delete an account if you want to keep your old one.

I got Victoria-Plum sorted out and deleted her 2nd account.

If you follow the instructions with the 'forgot my password' it 'WILL' work, and you will be able to get back in, as this is all I can do behind the scenes anyway, as passwords are kept private even from me and other staff, so I am not able to personally see your password to give it to you.

I hope this helps, and also answers some of the questions you may have.

I always enter a temporary password and send that to them, Nathan.
They can change it to their own choice when they get in.
And, providing they only have a couple of posts in the new account, I then merge both accounts.
