So all that lot for £13.50? It's quite a haul.

I think you could resell some of those surplus seeds on ebay.

Take cuttings off the surfinias and fuschias, plant up the wall pouches and flog them at a car boot. Easily a tenner a throw.

Grow the greek oregano, sell them on ebay or at a foodie farmer's market, even better. (I've been looking for that stuff for ages) A fiver for a decent sized plant.

Then set up a walking stick business.

    I think you done good!

I've never got their "Special Offer" tree peonies to grow. But good luck!

Same company I think. Probably T&M bought a share/own V.M - or vice versa. Their marketing material looks like it comes from the same Design and Printing companies :thumb:

I pay 50p/packet for seeds in the end-of-season sale.

I don't grow Moneymaker tomatoes any more as I don't think they much flavour - but I thought they were OK until I tried to grow something better!

Hopefully those seeds packets are fresh this season - in which case the unopened ones will keep for a year at least, probably two or three, so will do you for a while to come

It will be £100's worth of plants once the seeds have grown, but calling it a £100 order is a bit of a stretch in my opinion.

Probably fair enough for a tenner though :)

That is a lot of seeds, but it sounds like a good haul to me! I paid about 80p-£1 each for some small fuschia plants and surfina petunias, so even with just those you have a good deal.

All in all, Spruce, I don't think that's bad for a £10:yess: But if they can sell that lot for a tenner andstill make a profit it makes you think how much profit do they make under normal sales.

So I'm not bothered, not jealous, or upset by the fact you've got a better deal than I've had this year - how many fingers am I holding up?:hapfeet:

Spruce; that's a very good bargain you got there.

You've got three packets of Walking Stick Cabbage :yay: you know what that means?
