Hello all, I'm new on here but not new to gardening.
Been working in horticulture for about 35 years now and still learning something new all the time! It's one of the joys of gardening, if you have enthusiasm and an inquiring mind there's always something to learn.
Currently working as a full time gardener in a large private garden, I've also worked in the past as a groundsman and in glasshouse crop production.
Got my own fairly large garden at home which I try to maintain organically (with variable results it must be said).
Hope to pick up a few useful tips on here and maybe pass on a few of my own occasionally.

    Hey there!
i am very very addicted to gardening!
    it literally is my life.
i have been gardening for 12 years.
everything i've learnt is from my grandad.
i am a qualified gardener, and i am studying for higher qualifications.
i'm here to talk to others about my obsession,
    and perhaps swap seeds

Welcome trunky (and encapsulated-sapling) :dbgrtmb:. This is a very friendly and informative site. :)

When strongylodon says he has been under glass for 40 years its because he is so delicate - but he is going to be hardened off soon :heehee:
