    I haz flowers!

Gold rose - cant seem to find the variety. Its at least 30 years old. The only thing similar was 'oranges and lemons'.
Id call the colour orange' but Ive seen similar colours classified as tangerine, gold and apricot.

Pretty pale climber, I dont know the name. Its just missed this aquilegia of similar shade growing just beneath it. Typical!

Paul's Scarlet- not as big as Woo's!

Clematis jackmanii (??) in a pot around my kitchen window. How many petals does a jackmanii have? Google cant make its mind up.

My flowering parsnips and the 'weed' linaria perpura.

Iceberg is holding it together despite being blown about in today's gales
    [IMG]

Ox Eye daisies. Almost like weeds really.

My jasmine is just a day or two away from opening, the garden is already heavy with that deep drugging perfume.
    *is excited*

Lovely Melinda, beautiful roses, the winds battered mine about too:cry3:.
Your pale pink climbing rose looks very like one I have 'New Dawn'?

Your garden is so outrageously pretty and blousy Simbad. Ive loved the photos of your garden as it has developed through the season. The wider shot is glorious- love, love, love the green textures.

Im in London and my peonies opened almost a month ago and are now over. So much effort for so short a visit!

Thanks for the New Dawn ID Simbad. I think you're right! I've made a note of it now.

I just need to ID the orange one now!

Can you grow Woodruff from cutting? Before today, I never knew the name of it, but after my Granddad died, I took this plant from his garden and put it in mine, and wanted to make more, if it's possible?

                Sorry for going off topic!!

                Is this the oxalis? [IMG]

Melinda, great roses! :thumbsup:It's a bit cooler here, so I will expect the first roses and clematis to appear in early June. Same for my herbaceous peonies.

Simbad, most obviously, it is not only hemerocalis with you... Absolutely amazing collection of species and very nice arrangements! :rolleyespink:
Thank you for writing the name(s) of them all. I google and read, and learn. :dbgrtmb: I already arranged to have seedlings of thalictrum form a friend. It is a perennial in our climate, too.
But in your picture it is against the background of some red-leaved shrub, and I couldn't figure out it's herbaceous.:heehee:
