No Melinda I'm a woman, not a sailor either:heehee: Simba's the name of our cat and he's usually up to no good so we call him Simbad, looks like butter wouldn't melt.

Great collage Keinnaf, wouldn't know how to do that:rolleyespink: the kids would have to help me, love the peony and the cistus I did have one but the flippin wind uprooted it and found it halfway across the garden:cry3:must get another one nailing it down would probably be a good idea:heehee:

Simbad - he is gorgeous, so fluffy. I am not a big cat or dog person and sometimes find cats look a bit sleek for me but he looks like a cross between a feather duster and a fluffy cushion, I love him.

the collage was the only thing I COULD work out how to do in picassa. my husband says it is a good programme but I can't work it out at all.

                    :) Pink Sorrel Oxalis Anticulata.
As you may know I like a plant that is a good doer, one that is indestructable and reliably comes back every year.
                    This is one such plant.

This is a great time of the year, I've got that growing in my front garden Roders, not invasive for an Oxalis, good plant.

Just a few to squeeze in before the end of the month.
Sarracenia flower, but not sure which species:)

Passiflora, "white lightning", not impressed as yet,
                      [IMG]

Dont grow much veg these days but I still dabble a bit

Need smelly vision for this one, the few citrus plants that I grow are in flower right now, the scent is something else.

Potted up the Canna "Cleopatra" that I grew last year,

This banana, (Musa), has been in the conservatory all winter, its had to go out today as space was becoming a problem.[IMG]

Love that Oxalis, roders ... I'd trade it any day for my invasive O pes-caprae.

Pete, the 'Cleo' you sent me is looking good, 5 leaves on the main shoot and 1-2 on the others ... will put up on UKEG when I take photos. Chilopsis is going to be great me'thinks ... :yess:

Strongy, that's lovely ... my C viminalis has grown tremendously this year but whereas last year I had about 100 brushes they are sporadic this year and are coming and going ... as are the brushes on the Melaleuca.

I am shocked I got this blooming 'outside' ... Hoya Bella and it is heaving with blooms being about a meter long ...

Vicky, my smaller replacement Viminalis has a few buds forming.

I can almost smell the Hoya.:thumb:
