    hi there.
i am a 15 year old looking to earn some money by doing people lawns
i bought myself a ryobi stimmer yesterday for £40
the serial number is : 081100088

it started fine and run absolutley perfect!

today i started it up put fresh fuel in at the mix advised on the cap ready to go and clear a garden.

i arrived cut the grass then advanced to start my strimmer
the pull start pulls oyut as it shoulds and recoils but the engine does not turn over like it is not locking on on inspection it seems the cogs are still intact
any other ideas as i am totally stumped and cant find a instruction manual any where for this strimmer
    best regards
    Liam

There must be a model number or name. Ring them anyway and they will tell you how to identify it.
I've also found firms to be most accommodating when customers ring for such advice.
    Their number is 01733 343031

Is this sorted? If not post a pic and we'll try to help you to identify the correct model.

Either way good luck with your venture mate and don't forget to wear your safety specs!
