To weed or not to weed...

      It's charlock - a weed with yellow flowers, they grow quite big and smother smaller plants, so I'd pull it out asap :dbgrtmb:

          I think there's a nipplewort in the front garden - kinda like it!

          I'll let it flower and see what it turns into...

          Its got the lobes at the leaf base that Nipplewort has, but I don't have a Charlock around to compare it to.

            A tip for pulling weeds is to give the weed bed a good watering the night before.
            With the ground thoroughly soaked, the soil will be softened and will yield the entire weed plant, root and all.

            is it charlock? Also looks like Jack by the hedge seedling. A weed though, either way.
