    posting them tomorrow (thursday)

you could try a couple this year if you have a warm sunny windowsill, no harm in trying,
i am going to try some every couple of months, just to find out when you can sow till

if you do, make sure they save some of the seeds for you
then you will have plants forever :D

My sisters wouldn't care for them, so each time I go round I'd have to water them, etc, so I'll steal all the seeds :dbgrtmb:

buying compost tomorrow to pot them up on their own for a few weeks.

Update.......my 'pink' ones are definitely producing lots of flower buds and have stopped at around 10-12" in height, the mixed colour ones are now about 18" tall and developing lots of side shoots and I think a few minute flower buds have just started to appear...:thumb:

    I have about 20, though :(

Apparently there's warnings of snow in October, so hopefully they're grown enough before that happens!

The first flower has opened on my pink ones today, you can just see it in the corner of one of the pics below. The mixed colour ones now have lots of buds too and very strong plants and much taller than the pink ones :thumb:

The pics aren't the best, they're a little dark....but you can get the idea :thumb:

Well 2 of the mixed ones (one to go) opened today and one is a pale red and other is a gorgeous double purple - the photo doesn't it justice...

The 'mixed' plants are also very strong and 30-36" tall, they are also very thirsty and being watered twice a day.

Pic 1 - shows the 3 shorter pink ones.
Pic 2 - shows the red one.
Pic 3 - shows the double purple one.
