    Hi All

I own a dracaena marginata. I water it, but the smaller trees leaves are brow and droopy and have been for months, any ideas? The larger tree is generally fine, occasionally the tip of the leaves are brown.

should i also be feeding it!?

    thanks

Hi Colin, welcome to Gardeners Corner:D:thumbsup: When you mention watering it, how often do you water it?, and is the compost draining freely. Also have you checked the compost in the pot for any nasties in it, it's usually the simplest of things that can make all the difference between unhappy plant and a healthy one. Good luck with it.:D

I ensure there always water in there- probably water it once a day. on the other questions - no, i took it as it came potted, ive not changed the soil, or checked it for any 'nasties' (not sure what u mean by that!).

    thanks

    It may be drowning.
Quote from weblink already supplied:- Allow dracaenas to dry slightly between waterings. Wait until the soil surface is dry to the touch, then water them thoroughly. Avoid watering with cold water.
