Snake - advice please

    Oh yes, incidentally, i'm wearing a T shirt thats says BADGER.

    Has anyone considered that it might be a non native escaped highly venemous snake ?

    After all, we've got turtles the size of dinner plates in a pond near us & I saw a roadkill porcupine a few years back.

    thats what I thought .... if you google, there are no snakes native to the UK that have a diamond pattern on their heads (unless I misread)

    In the UK, people have spotted large dangerous panther/leapord like cats in the wild that were released by their owners when they got out of hand (it was 'fashionable' in the 70's/80's to own these)

    Not just people *dim*

    Me and evil wife have seen a panther in broad daylight in Dorset, it was rolling about in some cow poo. Mrs said "What the hell is that?" I said "A panther" she said "Shall we stop the car" I said "No, there is a panther out there"

      We've got Wallaby's living in the wild here. Some escaped from the Wildlife Park many years ago and now they are breeding, I've only seen one as yet though.:)
