Never mind, there'll be more grass to cut when its finished.

You're right, you just can't dress for this weather, too hot for a jacket, too wet for a t-shirt.

Suprised I haven't had a blight alert text today, weather feels perfect for fungus.

I hope that rain works it's way over to Staffordshire. Was misty this morning, and I think it must have drizzled a bit last night.....nothing yet today but a little light relief from the humidity in this stinking office!!

Sorry, CosmosGuy, the rain has passed now but the wind has changed from south-easterly (very unusual here) to the more usual south-westerly. Neither direction any use to you, I'm afraid!

    Some idiot wrote this yesterday.......
As soon as I arrived at work this morning it began chucking it down. For the rest of the morning the only thing that changed was the intensity of the rain, which varied between deluge and steady.
After the first hour it was seeping in through the waterproofs and dripping off the end of my nose.
As the old saying goes.....be careful what you wish for. :(

Yesterday it was 33c but dropped to a cool 24c by early evening, but that was C'an Picafort, Mallorca.
Back to the cold and here in windy Portland (we are now on 'Bunny' island for a while).:D

Had a fair bit of rain today, nothing torrential and none of the storms promised, but the temperature has dropped back and this afternoon it was quite comfortable outside with a lovely light breeze...:thumb:

Golf game ruined this morning by persistent rain but my big regret is that I forgot to mow the lawn yesterday and will now have to leave for a couple more days.....
