      Are they tame? I had a tame one when I was about your age and he used to dive bomb my aunt trying to land on her. He would also try and climb in your mouth and pick at your teeth!!!

      Ya bird seeing can be difficult but it doesn't matter unless you're going to breed them. The birds aren't going to care what you call them lol. There is another member on here with birds but can't remember who. I have cats so a bird is out of the question but I think they are kewl. You have some really great hobbies!!

        Great pictures Ryan. :dbgrtmb: My mum bred parrakeets, budgies and other foreign birds for 25 years. She has a lot of knowledge, it's a shame you can't have a chat with her. She's well into her eighties now and gave up the birds a good few years ago, as they became too much for her. :)

          I think I remember hearing that. I only had them as pets and never thought of breeding them. Do you keep them inside or do you have an aviary? If you ever get down this way there is a fantastic bird park called Tropical Birdland. A lot of their birds are free flying and you can hand feed many of them and they will come and land on you. They do have a website if you want to Google it.
